Yup. I'm gonna drop the cylinder a bit more and give it a bit more FW advance. Hopefully I won't need to touch the ports
What were stock timing #'s? I have a red and black one converted to 272. AM jug tho. Curious about the stock oem numbers

Stock numbers were 71/121/104. The saw is built with AM cases. It was a head slapper without a base gasket. Stock squish with a .020 base gasket was .013"

Here's two I just did and both were Mahle decomps, with no base gasket installed stock numbers. Also what AM jug are you messin wit?

Squish .021" - .023" flat but .002" difference side to side
Exhaust 106
Transfer 125
Intake 72

Cylinder 2
Squish .018" .023" - .018" .023" tapered but even side to side
Exhaust 105
Transfer 126

Mine is an old huztl jug. Don't remember it saying FT on it. It's flawless. Looked as good as oem

New ones have the Tecomec logo on them and are awesome. The extension ring at the base is too big around though and needs turned down, but other than that...
