About three month's ago i folded my knee backwards climbing a hill.
I had a 372 and was trying to hold it and climb just awkward .
I still dropped a sycamore standing on one leg lol
It healed up then started hurting a month ago.
My rheumatologists said arthritis has set in.
I just have to keep working it.
I'm sure the shots are soon.

Can't like that Dave. That damn arthritis is a bish, I hope they figure something out for ya.

Yep my knee's are pretty beat from tile work as well. They snap and pop pretty good lol.
