I got some new burs so I'm going to widen the exhaust and intake. I might do a little more to the lower transfers as well.

I got a 2165 box saw from @mdavlee and since the head was used you can see very clearly were to grind on the lower on the 365 head. When I get too it I'm sure it'll be a big improvement.

At first I just cut the cylinder wall out of the way. I think I will clean that up a bit lol.
