Need to tear it apart to change the belt. Must have been too much a chore, it's just a rag-a-muffin. The other easy to change belt on the motor is new. Did some machining on about a 2 1/2" piece of stock at about a .020" cut it would slow it up and even stop and just slip. So it's pay the piper time if it is to be usable.

Otherwise I think it will be a handy machine for it's small size. Has a lot of tooling with it, facing plates, even a milling adapter to mill small parts..

Transfers roughed in. I gotta admit I like a new burr. They cut so much smoother and faster. Now I gotta get to doing all the sanding work.
