Good morning Mike stay safe out there today

Will do, It's one of the guys that I work with that need to stay safe...... I wanted to hit him over the head with a shovel this morning. We are spreading topsoil and hydro seeding yards today And hes big lazy guy that doesn't like too get dirty..

He wipes off his hand consistently with rags and some how one ended up in the pump on the hydro seeder... it's not a fun job pulling a pump apart with a full tank of mix... and him standing there asking dumb questions.. rant over!

I'm working on training one of our employees and showing him what I do and how I do it. So much of what I do I'm the only one who knows how to do it.
When I decided to leave I told them I'd stick around for 6 weeks so I could work with a new guy or train one of our guys.


They decide a week before I leave that now would be a good time to start learning about what I do
