300 posts behind again... I just can't keep up.


I'm working on training one of our employees and showing him what I do and how I do it. So much of what I do I'm the only one who knows how to do it.
When I decided to leave I told them I'd stick around for 6 weeks so I could work with a new guy or train one of our guys.


They decide a week before I leave that now would be a good time to start learning about what I do:facepalm:
