I very rarely see Stihl's around me as builders. There's a few guys around that snag everything up.

And I'm to cheap to buy runners. LOL

There's a few Stihl's I'd like to get but I really don't need half of what I got now. So I'll just wait until something falls in my lap.

Ebay. Looks similar to Carlton. Probably chicom. $30 combo. Preliminary results say it's good for firewood for the price. It files like Oregon and Carlton

it was told it acted like carb problems and wasnt running right no big deal to me i have spares so i got it checked compression and piston compression was 155 and piston no marks and piston still had machine marks i always check hoses before i add gas and found the impulse hose was disconnected it is extremely dirty from sitting in a barn for the last 4 or 5 years and needs new bushings but runs good and idles good

Same here I only look if it's something someone might want or a pro saw mostly homeowner stuff lately I've got a lifetime supply of saws I've sold about a dozen and given my family several we all cut together tired of working on their *s-word.
