The starter handle I stole from a snowmobile engine helped a lot, still had to drop start it though.

Exhaust port shape is great. Intake looks nice as well. How are the lowers matched up?

Pretty good I didn't really have to do much to them just tweaked the inside corner closest to the exhaust.

I match it to the gasket so flow doesn't have to go around that wall.

It is, just ran 'er a little more. So does that 385 cylinder you're working on, looks like it will be a real fire breather there. I like it.
