Plating is gone around the port edges, but if it was mine I'd run it. Not gonna hurt anything, it'll just wear the jug out faster. Not being a dick, but it'll probably last you 10 years

What about those grooves? And no offense taken I run my clamshell poulans more than anything as thats what I do for side work is remove over growth from yard in town.

Grooves are no big deal. It'll cost ya a lb or 2 of compression. Make sure there's no sharp edges on the ports where those lines come in

I'll have to catch up on you boys later. Been watching some crazy weather here today. Went from 38 at dawn this morning, rain most of the afternoon. Now it's 20 everything is starting to feeeze and winds gusting up to about 50. Not snow that's failing freezing ice pellets that hurt like an SOB because of the wind. Even had some rumbles of thunder but I couldn't see any flashes of lightening...

Will do Iam using the dermel at work to its full potential. Ive blasted a few of these hard rubber bits. But they feel smooth if not a little rounded but Iam sure it hang a ring. And thanks again in new territory my self and in a gray area.

I'd run it personally I've tore down some fine running saws with plating missing you never know.
