In the 80s A man named carnell had a big farm he had xl12s hanging on hay hooks in several different barns and they had numbers scratched into them 1 to 5 i think.
the farm hands would use them all day and return it to it's hook after sharpening them if they had trouble to the old man to fix.
i always liked the thought of that but now there wouldn't be a saw left.

Best thing that could ever happen to a copper head.A couple years a go I was morel hunting in March here saw a copper head hauling tail then a second latter saw the bull snake coming after him . I LAUGHED my ass off.

i do my hunting in march and usually come home with 2-3 bushel sacks full. they are damn tasty fried after soaking in salt water overnight.

Also we find them around cotton wood trees that have been dead a year or two oh and the north bank of creeks and rivers they love that sun
