I bet it's worth every dollar but I'd be looking for something half that price lol
This is a fine Smoke Hollow LP smoker with seven racks...has two wood chip trays underneath the water pan. Just over $300. It smokes just fine. Take a trip down to mid-Ga after the baby is born and bring the ol' lady, kids....and after we kick back eating some good groceries, drink a good cold one...you'll probably walk with this thing. Just bring something big enough we can strap it down, keep it from moving around, for the trip back. I got two dozen or better ratchet tie-downs...you can send them back at some point later. I took the cheesy ass thermometer off it and replaced it with a River Country 3" gage. It's dead nuts, calibrated, spot on as far as temp goes. I also added 3" casters on it. It stands about 65" to the the top of the smoke stack.

I'll check them out. I've been looking but it's hard to rate different ones by the reviews. So many dumb asses in the world today
I've been looking as well. I'm thinking about trying an electric smoker. A guy I work with makes some fantastic ribs in his.

Hey guys, just got in from sledding, had a good time met up with some guys on some sleds older than ours. I was only going to take my one machine, but my cousin wanted to go so I rode my other sled that was busted and let him ride the good running one. After beating cancer and just coming off of a quad bypass surgery, not telling him he can't go, no way no how. I had to stop a few times and get going again with a cracked ignition coil, but made it back OK. We had a good time and my cousin did most of all, so mission accomplished, even though I need to buy a slough of parts. Oh, and I had a Bloody Mary and it was pretty darn good, had to stop myself from ordering another one.

Good on you Steve for taking your cousin out...I bet he had a blast after going through what he's been through.

He said he'd rather die having an adventure, than not having one at all. The little guy just keeps plugging away, no matter what gets thrown at him. So if he want's to do something like this, we just go as far as he likes, and is comfortable with. His chest was a little sore the other day, but after being split open like a cow at a slaughter house, I can just imagine it did. Had to laugh when he told his trainer at rehab that he felt like he was coasting, he says I get more exercise when I leave here. Lol
