This is a fine Smoke Hollow LP smoker with seven racks...has two wood chip trays underneath the water pan. Just over $300. It smokes just fine. Take a trip down to mid-Ga after the baby is born and bring the ol' lady, kids....and after we kick back eating some good groceries, drink a good cold one...you'll probably walk with this thing. Just bring something big enough we can strap it down, keep it from moving around, for the trip back. I got two dozen or better ratchet tie-downs...you can send them back at some point later. I took the cheesy ass thermometer off it and replaced it with a River Country 3" gage. It's dead nuts, calibrated, spot on as far as temp goes. I also added 3" casters on it. It stands about 65" to the the top of the smoke stack.

I wouldn't order from them for a long time. I couldn't pass up the deal on the wrap handles a couple weeks ago so I said wth I'll try again. They shipped them quick and shipping was reasonable. They also take PayPal now.

One of my brothers said he wanted it, but he's got three/four smokers...WTF? Dave, don't you fret young man...if you'd like the Smoke Hollow smoker, it's yours. I make the money for this thing in one Sat or Sun OT, well before noon, lunchtime. I ain't bragging my man, and I wantcha to understand that...it is what it is...and with the Traeger Pro 34, I don't see myself using the Smoke Hollow. The Smoke Hollow will handle 42 half-chickens just to give you an idea or reason as far as to what it'll hold. Seven racks, six half Birds apiece per rack.

You take care of the galfriend, get the baby here, then y'all plan a trip to mid-Ga later on this Spring or Summer..ain't about 5-6 hrs of good non-stop driving at a leisurely pace. I'll keep the smoker for ya...bet your ass on that.

I look forward to meeting you Dave, your better half, and the kids. If the timing's right, we gonna be in the boat, snatching lips over the wknd. We'll get their asses, trust me.

You bet young man...I went so far as to RTV, with food-grade black RTV, the plexiglass window on the front door. I put a Lava Lock 1/2" x 1/8" gasket on the main door as well. The only place that bad boy leaks smoke...is right out the chimney stack on top. That's the way ya want a smoker...if it's bleeding smoke elsewhere, it's cheating ya...

You and the family come and get it...I don't mind spreading the smoking love. Boston Butts, Briskets, half-chickens are the chit, Dave.

When you not only impress your family but your friends and their folks...you got the smoking nailed down. I take my chit seriously when it comes to smoking...it's fine eats. That's the way I want it, and ain't gonna have it no other way!
