Walked the temp up on all settings from Smoke to High on the Traeger Pro 34...all ten settings temp-wise. The two meat probes on clips never got +/- 5 degs...from 150 degs to 450 degs from the main chamber temp probe. It's a keeper fellas. And it's as solid built as a damn tank. Daughter and one of her roomies coming next wknd...looking like Boston Butt time and maybe sling some half-chickens as well.

I'm impressed with this Traeger Pro 34 model...looking like the cats' ass on this investment.

I can't wait to hit it with some big bass and crappie filets this spring/summer.
