What did that set you back if you don't mind me asking?View attachment 55387 Walked the temp up on all settings from Smoke to High on the Traeger Pro 34...all ten settings temp-wise. The two meat probes on clips never got +/- 5 degs...from 150 degs to 450 degs from the main chamber temp probe. It's a keeper fellas. And it's as solid built as a damn tank. Daughter and one of her roomies coming next wknd...looking like Boston Butt time and maybe sling some half-chickens as well.
I'm impressed with this Traeger Pro 34 model...looking like the cats' ass on this investment.
I can't wait to hit it with some big bass and crappie filets this spring/summer.
