It's not normally that violent. Been running Oregon chain the last year. That's Stihl chain, it doesn't need as much off the rakers. As you can see.

Yes. Had a 1/2" of solid ice coating the entire truck from the building run off blowing on the truck all night. Damn near had to chip around the door to get it open.
