I picked up the venison burger I had ground tonight. I always have 15% bacon ground in with it for the fat and flavor.

I could smell it as soon as I opened the bag at home. He ground in smoked bacon this time. Flavor was good but was a bit dryer than usual.

You can try upping the percentage, or what I've found to make excellent V-burger, 30% beef prime rib fat. Makes an excellent hamburger.
