Morning Men. Yesterday I spent the day working at a pretty cool estate in our area. 3500 acres total with 1700 acres high fenced for herd management.

The care taker told me this estate had the first working steam saw mill in Pa. Property was timbered once in 1912.

I regret not pushing myself in school... Here I am now 33, have a family to provide for and stuck in a job with no foreseeable future.....

All joking aside I just finished my high school through a program called new directions so I could tell my kids how important school is.

I picked up the venison burger I had ground tonight. I always have 15% bacon ground in with it for the fat and flavor.

I could smell it as soon as I opened the bag at home. He ground in smoked bacon this time. Flavor was good but was a bit dryer than usual.
