Lookin good Kev. Would you by chance know all the particulars of setting pex line before pouring?
I've helped lay it a couple times, and poured over it hundreds of times.
There is a foam board product like blueboard, but it has grooves on top that you lay the pipe in and it clamps the pex tubing in place without driving in stakes every foot and having to tie wire it. Not sure how many square feet per zone, but I would think around 200 Sq ft per tube would suffice. Connect all your zone ends to a manifold with a gauge and pressurize to 40psi and make sure it maintains. Leave it pressurized while pouring concrete and check often to make sure nobody hacked it with a cement rake

No problem. The pex insulated foam board costs more than blueboard. But don't let that change your mind. Labor time will be cut to about 30% using it. Moar betterrer
