Long story short, regular truck bed was rusted out, mostly around the tailgate. I was hauling 6"-18" rocks one day, and when I got to the job, I had fewer than what I started with lol.

Other than that, the old bed was 4'×6'-8" inside the wheel wells. The steel flatbed is 7'×7'. More better for work

OMG !! less on the back than at the start. :eek:
All makes sense from your story ...we do a similar thing with pick up trucks for firewood delivery and Arb work. Some have a Aluminium tipper back that have slot in high sides for bulk chippings .Doing away with the wheel arches is a big help for loads as a plus.

Me neither. Every February my wife hands me a stack of papers to go through and mark each transaction for personal or business use. 5 or 6 hours a guy never gets back

You know what Kevin ...I say this to myself every year " do it once a quarter" And every year i end up doing the hole thing in 1 go in Sept so the accountant can do my return :facepalm: . We have to get the return in by 31 st January .

Hi everybody my name is p61 western.I grew up on Pioneer saws so that is my brand of choice,but doesn't mean I don't like others at all.The reason for my name is from a saw my grandpa gave to me before he passed away.It is what got me started into all this chainsaw stuff.I have been on this site checking it out for awhile and just joined.Some of the names are familiar from AS,but I like this site way more already.Thank's to Genius I already made a deal on a saw I have wanted for quite a long time,and he sent me over here.Sorry if it's a little long. p61 western
