Not doing much today. Wife and I just purged the deep freezer, more food than I thought in there. Didnt pitch out much of value, I was pleased. Other than that, smoking some spare ribs and comforting the little one with a fever.

I've never smoked them, just grilled them. They are pretty good.

I prefer pork ribs over beef.
