What sort of time frame was involved in pulling those out that looks like a real pain in the A$$
maybe 4 or so hours sunday ,(removed several others earlier in the day that went easy) ,3 or so hours monday night ,started cutting releafs in them monday with a saw to get pieces out quicker ,and last night about 3 hours ,had rest of it it out about 830 last night ,was the hardest stump have pulled to date ,minus a set of 8 maples that grew into one stump ,had a hole about the same size with those also .

hard to get corn here ,not hot enough i think ,usually rots in the tusk .

When I planted it I was planning on it being ready next week so we could have it at the GTG, but it's been a warmer summer here and it finished early.

Oh well, more for me to eat.

No food is better than strait off the farm .

You got that right. I've got two freezers full of beef, pork, chicken and venison at home along with one full of veggies. Then I also have a third freezer full of veggies. Then I've got a freezer full of chicken at a buddies house.

I can't buy meat and veggies from the stores anymore. It's not the same.

I ate 8 ears for supper tonight.

After Sunday's (or shall I say Monday's) incident I figured I better not eat 24 ears again.

I am slowly learning moderation.

You ought to try eating a dozen oranges in one sitting. That was worse than pounding Vicks Vapo Rub

One of the guys I work with told me the other day that he dug out a couple big stumps not to long ago.
He said that after they got the dirt dug out around it. They used a pressure washer to blow out all the dirt and rocks out of the rootball. He said it was messy but it saved a lot of time and chains.
