I bought eight gallons of summer bar oil 3.99 anybody know what i can thin it down with for winter use.

kerosene maybe a cup to a gallon ive heard but not sure on that

Knew the man for years had no idea he knew anything about saws then last summer bam he brought saw after saw for me to fix lol I've been looking at 460 or 461s hes going to try to snag me one or a 660 to use one of those cross performance kits on real good fella i just charge for parts.

That's a nice gesture are you going to fix his saws and he's giving you a 660 for mates rates.

Just use straight 30 motor oil. Not drain oil.

I have used both diesel and kerosene, whatever I had available. Seems to work fine.
