64-68 degrees with a very slight breeze. Rack temp was 225* top of the cooker was 200* so we weren’t losing much in the way of heat.

At 275° it takes 6-7 hours to get 200° on my electric

Evening guys. Finally have our house back to ourselves. Hosted the annual NewYears dinner for MIL and some of her friends. I’ll have to ask again how we got designated to host 5 70ish year olds for dinner once a year. Somewhat potluck but none lift a finger once they get in the house...

It was a small boston butt, cut in half and had been brought up to room temp. 4 hours should have been more than enough
