Go figure, weathers guessers got it wrong again.

Forecast was for about 3” of snow ending about noon yesterday, just enough to freshen everything up for a white Christmas.

Just got in from cleaning the drive a second time, about 8” so far, thankfully the light fluffy kind not that heavy wet stuff so many places get...

What's the best cutting chain Stihl puts out these days. The new saw StumpShot built me, from here on to be known as Seabiscuit is way to pretty to put on old nasty bar on it so I may as well get a good chain too.

Thanks fellas. The old girl runs strong, bucked up some frozen red oak a little bit ago.

They were a loggers favorite around here so I come across them from time to time.... usually clapped out. Really clean parts are getting hard to come by.

My buddy was running the new Oregon EXL chain last weekend. He says they like it a lot better than LGX.

What size bar and chain are you looking for? I have a few in the garage that have never seen wood...
