What is really gained chopping these deer yourself?

Cut it how you want it. You don't get someone else's gut shot salmonella deer back in place of your own etc.

Plus, you get it ALL back. Around here, the processors eat pretty well on 1.5 year old doe. I shot a 10 pt in 1997. Took it to get processed and asked to have it deboned. I got back 2 shoe boxes full of meat, and every hind 1/4 steak had a bone.

Never again. Plus, I save myself $30/hr doing it myself

Here they take all the stuff to grind and throw it all together and record each deer and how much ground you get.

At the end of the day they grind everything together.

This'll be the first one I'll do. Personally the reason I'm doing it is because I can cut it the way I want it cut.
The guys I've sent em to before will always mess something up.

Look's like a old military box on a late 70's or early 80's Chevy, pretty cool I like it.

Is that just a 1 ton? Box seems big
Yepper, Ive had that bed heaped when I dug for my house, it still dumped. I stood that rig on its tail when I had it full of stumps when I was grubbing the ground.

Talk about shatting yer chaps. I crawled down and latched the hoe to the front to pull it over.

I know the feeling. I had a 6000lb concrete tank out on the end of our boom truck when the back decided it was heavier than the front lol. Yee ha.

New kicks, and hole filled up to the low edge, finally got the inside work done.

Smooth ish sailing from here. Put a 4ft on lean back in the chair and lay em in :)

Ok might start with a 3ft, 4 gets heavy in a hurry.
