Good evening smellers, well 'ol Gunther took the last of his medicine today, about all the good news I have today, pretty uneventful.

Doesn’t seem like it’s been 17 years for today.

I was workin at a nuclear plant in VA about 60 miles in a straight line from DC. We were working nights and just went to bed when it happened.

Hard to believe huh, I was only 27 back then...time just keep ticking on....

I was on my way to work in aspen colorado, was hanging drywall on a big custom home outside aspen, stopped at a little deli, I stopped at every morning for coffee and a breakfast sandwich.

Place was usually packed, bustling with people, everyone in a rush to get their coffee & stuff, pay and get out the door.

That morning I walked in, 25-30 people were all huddled around the checkout counter starring quietly at a small TV.

That was the 1st I had heard of it.
