Drove to my dealer today so I could finish my 372, but as usual there was things I didn't got correct, my old clutch drum was for 325...so much for them new 3/8 rimm's...


I think she look decent knowing the old owner didn't used spikes...

thanks Steve, when she get a new clutch drum, 20" b&c I think she should be ready, looking forward to use her and the 560!
I consider to flip out some saws here in Norway, got a few I know wont see the wood!

Stupid me never thought about the spline difference, but I just bought the 3/8" small spline rimm from my closest JRed dealer.

Anybody try running a HD12 from a 372 on a 0h44 hybrid?
Looks like the shafts will swap over. And the inpluse line could be converted over to the right place.
Wondering if the jetting would be close to the Holy Grail hd11.
