I wasn't figuring on laying that many today. Figured the heat would get to us. We were mixing mud at 7, worked til 2:30. It wasnt too bad once we drenched ourselves with the hose
It's somewhat bearable in the shade but that sun's a killer today.

That screenshot I posted Saturday was no lie. It said 97° with an index of 108. Earlier in the day, the heat index was 114. I cooked breakfast on my griddle in that shìt. 93 at 10am. I turned away to get more food 3 different times and got the chills being 4' away from the griddle. That didnt seem right so I started pounding bottles of water.

Heat stroke is no joke.

Now what's crazy is seeing the roofing crews that are decendents from south of the boarder here wearing long sleeves to protect from the sun on days like that.

Never understood that. I don't wear sleeves til it's below 55°. It must work for some people though

Believe it or not wearing a light coloured loose fitting shirt is colour that shirtless or no sleeves. The light colour reflects some of the sun and heat away from your body. As well when you sweat the fabric gets wet and helps cool you as it evaporates our of the shirt.

Morning Tor, it's the same way here. Most boundry lines are marked with fence or stone walls but some can be difficult to figure out. We have maps that are available at the county courthouse that help a lot.

There's a phone app now too but I haven't used it.
I think I've found the coordinates I need, but it's UTM 32 system.
If I just can figure out how to calculate them out it should be possible to use my cell phone, well, maybe :D
I belive we have a law about this, if my memory is right it cost alot to get it done properly :(

Around here they will mark no trespassing areas with purple paint. Maybe you could paint some squares on trees or paint some fence posts.
when I figure out what is mine I slam down some sticks.

Some take it to extreme here
Before i was born a man was killed over a property line dispute near my land.
Bil on his own land had a rifle pointed at him by a stranger claiming it.
Cutting timber guy's have tried running
Their mouths but gps these day's
Solves most problems.
70s 80s 90s 2000s my logger brother carried a pistol Sometimes.
People fight worse in suburbs over fences lol
thats right Dave, not far away from where I live two old farts had an argue for 5 trees, it was in area where there wasnt a clear fence, they took it to the court, the looser lost around 10k$ in lawyer fees :D

Around here they drive metal pins in the ground marking the corners. Try a metal detector

11 tree's cost a guy 23.000 here
He cut a fence and took them obviously on purpose.
The owner i know said he could've
Shot him at any time
But wanted to make him regret
Cutting those tree's
He had no idea he would get
That kind of settlement.

@p61 western
My friend bought me a 50mm huztl 372 kit
You asked if they were different now.
Well they are different finish in the
Cylinder gold colored
And that stamp next to the plug hole
Is quite tall
Maybe to raise comp?
No more dots around the squish like the 50 and 52mm had
Looks ok no sharp edges
I'll have to see what comp it is.
Neighbor said i got more heroin in lol
Good job on wrapping my case gasket20180702_134534.jpg 20180702_133921.jpg 20180702_134111.jpg

Hate to be a Debbie Downer, those gaskets however can be problematic. At least they were for me. I quit buying them. FYI
