So this was a friend of mine Ronny Bass that passed in the fire. He only lived 2 blocks from me.

To tell ya the truth and not trying to sound like a dick but it was kind of a matter of time before something like this was gonna happen with him. HEAVY drink would be putting it lightly with him. In the 10 years I knew him he totalled 3 trucks and a car. I just feel bad for my buddy who grew up with him.

So that's why I'll say it again make sure you have a working smoke detector folks.

Evening melon heads. Dickered the chain on my 460, then the ignition blew on the 266, was a great success today.
Fixing a Skeeter zapper and split some more wood before dark, making holz hausens for extra wood in case of another bad winter.

Hope you're happy.. I'm gonna have to Google holz hausen.

Evening fellers. Long day today, 652 miles. Had to look at a job in Newberry, MI. At&t is putting up a 375' guyed cell tower in the middle of nowhere. I know why after visiting, not much for cell service up there. Trees are full of leaves here, but up there just starting to bud out.

That's where I learned to swim. Check out the Big spring while your there. Also I have a old friend owns the Rusty Rail in Cornell just north of Escanaba if you in the area stop in there good burgers.
