Glenda is still having cellulitis flare ups. On the tip of her nose.....and sometimes on her lip. If she catches it quick, the cream they gave her works......but sometimes a shot of antibiotics is needed. Aside from that......we are good. Well.........I'm still having trouble keeping my glucose levels down where I'd like to be. I've lost 25 lbs now.......and still see levels of 150+ sometimes.

Full disclosure......I'm not staying away from bread and pasta as well as I should.

That stuff must be tough to get rid of. Hopefully she can shake it soon.

I can understand the whole bread/pasta deal. It would be difficult to give up completely.

Remember to get rid of everything white. Bread and pasta go whole grain, potatoes go red, rice go wild, there's still carbs in this stuff but not nearly as bad. As for sugar try honey as a substitute it won't hurt you at all.
Meats, eggs, cheese, fruits and veggies all you want.

Thawed 2 1/2lbs of ground chuck and a 1lb mild sausage roll yesterday in the fridge. Mix ‘em together and pattying up burgers and do some dogs as well on the grill. You fuggers come on...plenty of cold ones in the shop fridge!
