Went to town on the sled to pick up some groceries, tipped over on a side hill on the way home, flipped me over upside down, luckily I landed on my head. Lol Back is all crunchy, think that the movement past normal, broke up some arthritis. Who knows maybe it will free up my range of motion a little bit. Lol
