Morning fellas...had a *f-worded up night!

I got that dreaded phone call about 2am last night that nobody wants to get. Lost a brother warrior Marine to suicide last night that lives in Gainesville, Ga, about 2 1/2 hrs north from me here in mid-Ga. Chris and I were old buddies from our Corps days back in NC many yrs ago and had kept in touch all these yrs. We also are part of a 10K plus member Marine private Facebook group. We had talked a few times in the last couple of months, shooting the chit about fishing this spring and summer, talking chit about pussy, chasing women, grilling, etc, etc...just typical Jarhead chit. At no time did he ever speak of anything that was bothering him, demons, etc, nor did he ever mention anything in the private Marine group on FB. We were just busting each others' balls two/three nights ago on the site, cutting up sharing some tittie and ass pics.

We lost a true warrior last night gentlemen...Chris was a damn good Marine and an outstanding man. Can only assume because now I'll never know, but yet I do fully understand...the demons attacked from every angle possible.

Hate to hear that. Look at it from another way. Maybe he would've committed suicide 20 years ago had it not been for his Marine brothers.
