I had a Jack Russell and a dachshund that would run rabbits with my beagle around the house. The dachshund was a fatty so she usually gave up after a lap or two. Lol

I have a German Shorthair for hunting rabbits. Eliminates the need for me to be present with a gun. He manages to put a half dozen on the front porch every year

He's a male. White with brown patches. Not your typical looking German shorthair. Most of them are a little sketchy, weird compared to a lab. Cant go wrong with a Labrador
