I found out my A1C levels were insanely high........so I'm adjusting my intake timing and duration accordingly.

Yeah I was going to shoot you some information I found out from my uncle but that’s great you figured out what was going on.

And we all know what happens when your intake timing gets off. [emoji2]

And.......intake timing can play hell on a feller, but when that exhaust timing gets out of wack, things get *s-wordty fast.

All joking aside boiled eggs and cottage cheese helped me lose 80 pounds.

Yes wife was struggling about the last 6 months with no energy. Constantly tired and exhausted and not sleeping to boot. Talked to a very knowledgeable nurse one day and they finally thought they had figured out it was her thyroid. Well tested that and nothing. Finally goes to a different doctor several weeks ago. She’s looking over all of her blood tests and says I know what’s wrong with you. She has severe anemia and had shown up on all of her blood tests from prior 6 months and no one had noticed it. . She put her on iron pills and she’s been doing better and better ever since.

I had a small bowl of oatmeal for lunch. I did slip a little brown sugar in it. Very little.....

Thank you for the offer but I'd likely end up selling it when the 462 comes out. That just wouldn't seem right to me.
