This was pumpkin base with butternut squash and spices. Pretty good!

Very nice I bet... Squash is what i use mostly and it gives a real thick soup. Run some blue cheese through it , Yum

I grow a fair amount of winter squashes /pumpkin for roasting and soups. They work sweet as in American Pie as there is a sweetness to most of the family. Real adaptable .
