Good to hear your feeling better Dallas. I had to give up full leaded stuff a couple of yrs ago because of afib and go the decaffeinated route as well. Didn't affect me one bit so hopefully your transition will go as well.

I did somethin stupid yesterday and feeling sore as hell today.My sons topper has been leaking we have it off and on the wood tralier. decided to redue the old sealant on the top portion.Decided to step on the back section of the trailer like a idiot instead of getting a ladder got caught in between the topper and the make shift tailgate.When the tongue flipped up Frazier went down shoulder hit the frame work of another trailer on the way that was behind it before hitting the ground. My son was busy welding some exhaust on his girls car had to yell for his help while one leg is holding piched in between.He came over got me free I dusted myself off went back at it walked it off.Thinking to myself if I had skinny legs it would have been broke thank God. I got lucky didn't tear my bad knee up.

i am planning on going to work tomorrow i dont like sitting around or laying around much i have missed 9 or 10 days of work and i never miss work

it started down swinging i guess because i puked so hard it tore something kinda looked like someone butchered a cow in my tub

Damn gunner! I'm sore too. Helped the ol man power wash his wood siding. He was in the front in a lift and I was in he back of the house on a ladder.
Just think, in another week I'm sure I will get to help him treat it
