Ordered 4 372 mufflers today.
Not gonna make them as loud as the quad ports.
I didn't notice how loud they were until i ran a xl12 and it was a whisper.

If you're running them left handed might consider blocking off the right side and putting the outlet on the left only. What I do for for a work saw only on the right.

Had guy's running 2 of them when we were blocking firewood.
May even be louder than my echo 590 i cut too much out of the exhaust.

This has a nice sound and doesn't kill the ears.

What about a 7900 or 7910 piston? Wouldn't you lose a little case compression with the window piston of a 064 piston?

Not sure it would bother much?? It's always nice to experiment at least.
7900 piston has windows, 7910 has a slab side with no windows. But the 79xx skirts are already too narrow and I'd wager a guess that a bb372 exhaust is already wider than those skirts. I have a project coming up where I'm gonna try some other pistons with wider skirts in a 7900

I used a couple of the hyway and three of the huztl.
To me the same company made them both they had the goldish colored coating in the cylinders.
But i didn't have both at the the same time to compare.
Where are you buying huztl? The Hyway kit is around $80 would like to go cheaper for playing around.
