Finally got a velocity stack and filter for my 066 from Def Dave but there is an extra air inlet on the carb that it doesn't cover. Looks like a mini hood scoop. Someone mentioned earlier there could be a problem but I can't find the post. What's up? Is there a solution or just screwed?

That little scoop as you call it just went to the inside of the air filter. It has to be open to the outside atmosphere. You can either just leave it as is, or can get a regular plate with the little small hole in it and put that on your carburetor.
