I disagree. I got down to 145 lbs from a normal 180+ once on a beer diet. It's the damn food you have to avoid. Beer all day every day will slim you down. Not recommending it but you can loose weight that way.

i eat and drink what i want and wont gain a ounce. a non functioning thyroid is awesome i guess but i sure as hell can't loose weight.
been 320 since i was 13.
