Not knowing a lot about square, isn't the .325 corner at a sharp angle? Meaning the top plate is too sharp.

Not sure it's too sharp yet. Been raining and haven't tried it. I think it'll cut well with .020" rakers

Good I got the cases ready to go back together, and I got a good crank for it today. I cleaned up all the sealing surfaces with a block and 240 grit.
