It's a square filed chain that will be for soft wood for awhile lol. It has a 35 degree top plate, and a good amount of forward lean.Give us some details on the chain Mike, Just wandering?

Yep. I probably go deeper so my bit can get in there to chamfer the inside. Depends on the cutter. I use the little triangle shaped carbides about 3/8" long on a side.Tonight's dickerin', took out the center of this mandrel. Think I will name this one Barbara.
