Actually the pays pretty damn good Jake. It's just something that's better done on the off shifts so I kinda signed up for it I guess. Definitely my least favorite job though.

I personally can't figure out how boring out a carb is worth that much in performance after ruining the "venturi effect". I would look at the next biggest similar saw like a 385 or 390 and see what they had on them if it were me. Getting ready for a "super sized" big bore kit are we?

Anyone bore out a 372 carb or can recommend another larger carb for a 372.

Also along with the venturi, a carburetor needs to be highly polished to function properly. I could not recommend boring one out. Best find a bigger one already made up properly.
