Doing Awesome!!!!!!
Just had me a Sauerkraut and Pork Samitch at break time.

Hows you?
I live too far south. People down here just don't have sufficient respect for sauerkraut. My mom used to make it. Spent many hour shredding and salting and pounding cabbage into a crock

Nothing better than taking the rock off the top of the crock and eating it right from there by the handfuls.

I used to get sores on my mouth from eating too much salty cabbage while shredding and pounding. Also ate cabbage cores by the dozen. We never raised turnips but I found years later that turnips taste very similar to cabbage cores.

We can buy it in the stores here and it ain't bad but nobody even know what homemade tastes like here. I'm such an in and out shopper that if I didn't go there for it I never think of it.

My friends can everything they grow and when they make sauerkraut they put one hot pepper in the jar.
It's incredible the difference i can't buy regular kraut anymore.
