Doesn't need much but the case is narrow and the base won't quite sit down all the way without grinding a bit. Also the flywheel hits the transfer tunnel

Ive done it both ways Dave. Grind the jug and or the flywheel and case.

I was thinking about grinding the case. Not sure I feel comfortable messing with the flywheel

The 372 I got from joe had an o ring, or so I thought. Upon reassembly, the o ring didn't go back in where I thought it should- either inside or outside the sleeve. Turns out it was a piece of the worm gear that made a perfect circle around the crank. I assembled the sleeve with a smear of motoseal and installed the clutch. No leaky
