I have to confront the Dick that I sharpened the chain for, he brought the whole saw , so I had to clean it before reassembly, I know the guy so I went and cleaned the clutch drum and greased the bearing, reconditioned the bar, took the air filter apart and blew it out. Cleaned all the pitch off, just to be nice. So I tell him on the phone to pick his saw up and that i did some extra things to be nice, he starts whining, "I didn't bring my saw in for service, blah blah blah". So when he gets here I'm going to have to tell him if he want's to avoid the three dollars I charged him to R&R the chain off his saw, take it off your self. Rant over, carry on.

Sucks Rodney, your bank should be able to straighten all that out for you. Pita I know, just have to work through it. They'll get your money back to you and a new card.
