Howdy fellas. Back at it again. A chicken, 2 pork butts, 1 pork loin, venison hind quarter, and a top sirloin left to cook.

I'm seeing the benefits of a set it and forget it pellet type smoker. This thing cranks out some awesome tasting food, but a man can only drink so much beer while babysitting it

It's like babysitting a dog. It's ok to leave it for an hour, but while you were gone it did something you wouldn't approve of lol. Now I'm tending it with a pounding ass headache
