After my "meeting" today I spoke with the other manager who was taking minutes.

Before I proceed with my tldr story, I have to preface. My "new" supervisor has been in this shop for a awhile. He has been my boss a few other times. He is a compulsive liar to which I have told him that on several occasions when I caught him lying. The last meeting I was in with him I carried a fire extinguisher in with me and set it on the table. "He said, whats that for". I told him for his pants just in case.

Sooooo..... In my conversation with the other supervisor today he said. "Im glad to see the way you handled yourself and he is a farking liar". Me, well I did what I was to do and answered all questions truthfully? Him "yeah but when he said he wasnt out to get you he told me prior that he thought he had you on falsifying your timesheet for overtime".

Woooo hoooo I have a nark in the uppers lookin out for me and calling the lying dick out like I have seen I for many years prior.

Sorry, I thought it was a funny story.

Can anyone show me a pic of a 394xp low air filter gromet or collar or whatever it's called? Or give me the size of it? Goes between the elbow and filter cover. I'm putting one together and it's missing. I've never seen one.
