Just hard to see Ford's without a Ford motor for me. They're not as easy or cheap to build, but will get you into the insanely fast club for sure. Seen chevy motors in everything imaginable in my lifetime, been kinda over done I guess. I had one bass turd truck I threw together years ago a '73 with a 350 Olds Rocket engine and turbo 400 trans. With 4.10 gears it would beat most of the cars in town. I'm just old and stuck in my ways. Don't let me put you down though, if you like the truck, by all means get it.

to fast for me i almost hung it in a ditch.
im happy with my 94 f150 with a bone stock 302.

Guy down the street has a 65 Ford PU bagged and running a 5.0 coyote sumbitch is fast like tires dont even squeal just smoke fast.
