Are you going to paint it and make it pretty? I feel ya on the thread starting deal DJ.
I'm kinda leaning that direction. I like the worn look also but it would be cool to do it up with new decals and stuff.

I have a friend that powder coats stuff for me dirt cheap.

How much stuff are you missing for it?
Not much. The sparkplug cover,tube from the carb to the air cleaner, pull rope handle is about it I think.

The lower handles been repaired but I'll probably leave that. Possibly a shroud around the clutch is missing. I don't think they had clutch cover.

Is that saw a 50 or 55 DJ? I was just looking at some pics and the 50 seems to be red, and the 55 the color of your saw.
