T5 HO should really be at least 12ft off the floor or can be real glare bombs. I would use LED with thinking twice. Not sure what you have nearby but locally Costco has some pretty nicebchain hung LED strip lights for $45CDN. I tried to get a skid of them from some of ou suppliers and they were all higher than that.

Sams club had some 4ft led 4500 lumen for 34.99
