I used 4' 4 strip leds when we built. Very happy with how bright they are.

Mike , LED's imho little pricy to start out but lasts 10x's longer and no ballast to go bad, Where I work is full of 8ft flouresents they barly last 1yr.

T5 HO should really be at least 12ft off the floor or can be real glare bombs. I would use LED with thinking twice. Not sure what you have nearby but locally Costco has some pretty nicebchain hung LED strip lights for $45CDN. I tried to get a skid of them from some of ou suppliers and they were all higher than that.

That movie deal didn't last long fellas...daughter said she was ready to go to bed. Just the que the ol' man was looking for. She's sleeping in my bedroom, I'm in the spare. My lids were getting heavy bigtime. Night fellas, see ya in the morning.
